Post-Detox, Final thoughts
I’m a bit over a month done with the mold detox and am very happy that I did it!
It wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. There were times of brain fog, anxiety, feeling a bit flu-ey, some low grade fevers, but the results have been worth it!
Things I’ve noticed since:
Intermittent liver pain (upper right abdomen) has disappeared
Constant red & dry eyes are gone
periods have been pretty much cramp free and very easy
More energy
A wholleeeee bunch of new baby hair growth. I didn’t have any hair loss or thinning, but this is very common in mold, I am still surprised by how much new growth I’ve seen
I did lose some weight and inflammation which I wasn’t actively trying to do
Tinnitus is gone
My cycle was a bit longer than normal right after the detox but seems to be back in balance now! I think it was just a lot on my body. My main focus was mold/fungal overgrowth but I did the full comprehensive detox so I also went after viruses, bacteria, etc which are all targeted from that.
If you’ve read my whole story on this, you know that the whole reason that I did this detox and even learned I had mold toxicity and was being constantly exposed was because of an early pregnancy loss. At the time, it was pretty devastating. It was our first month trying and I was shocked to be pregnant & equally shocked when I realized I wasn’t anymore. However, now that I’m a few months out from that, in a weird way I’m thankful. When I do try to get pregnant again, it won’t be in mold or in a body filled with mold (which equates to a moldy environment for a baby to grow) which comes with several potential complications and worries of its own.
